Rafael Nadal hopes to be back in form

World No. 2 Rafael Nadal aims to be back in form at the 2011 Shanghai Rolex Masters tournament. Rafa also admitted that his game had dipped since his stellar 2010 campaign.

The 25-year-old Spaniard may have won the battle of Federer Vs Nadal that happened for many years and also for the tennis supremacy. But, now the form has transformed to Serbia's Novak Djokovic, who has won three Grand Slams defeating Rafael Nadal in all those finals.  However, Nadal is looking to turnaround to his top form where he won 3 majors in a year like Djokovic did, this year.

Rafael Nadal has won the French Open, Wimbledon and US Open back-to-back last year, said his game had since faltered a little, contributing to his losing seven of 10 finals in 2011. Nadal added that he believe Rafa 2010 had something more special than Rafa 2011, especially in tough situations.

The former World No.1 said that winning or losing depends on very, very, very small things. Nadal retained French Open crown but ended up losing to Djokovic at this year's Wimbledon and US Open finals. And added that those are probably very, very small things he did a little bit better in 2010 than 2011. It is hard to win big matches, as he lost a lot of finals this year.

Rafa said that he played worse than last year. He was very consistent, probably even more consistent than last year, but he played a little bit worse. Rafael felt that Roger played well, but lost few matches that in the past he never would have lost.
