India’s’ win against England was the second largest as per runs margin. England got a taste of the Indian conditions here on Friday, as England failed on the spinng sub-continent tracks and bit wavered due to hot climatic conditions. India started the series with resounding wing and there by Indians overcome the disaster summer of England where they ended up losing entire Tests, ODIs and only T20.

MS Dhoni got his Helicopter short back!!!!
India scored 300/7 batting first as skipper Ms Dhoni 87* of 70 0balls, the high scorer in the Indian innings along with Suresh Raina 61. However, the initial start to the innings was provided by Gambhir 32 and Kholi 37, and finishing work done by R Jadeja 27, but likes of Rahane struggled to score runs quickly sfinally, Indian innings to reach 300 mark. Indian innings started steadily but took turnaround in the batting powerplay Dhoni and Raina got the full value to their shorts. It’s nice to see Dhoni playing his ‘Helicopter short’.

England were bowled out for 174, skipper A Cook 60 was the highest score by any English batsmen. Indian spinners, R Jadeja (3/35) and R Ashin (3/34) did great job by picking up quick wickets in no time. Speedster Umesh Yadav too enjoyed some cheap wickets in the end to end up with figures of 2/32. As Praven swung new ball both ways, he usually did got the initial break by dismissing Kieswetter early in the innings. Finally, Indians got the things right as everything went their way.
