Nadal crashes Roddick at US Open quarters

World No. 2 Rafael Nadal completed a comprehensive win over former US Open champ and World No. 21 Andy Roddick in three straight sets of   6-2 6-1 6-3.  Nadal advances into semi-final of the 2011 US Open, where he will meet World No. 4 Andy Murray.

Defending champion Rafael Nadal was never looked stugling with his cramp, despite he outplayed American player Andy Roddick of America in straight sets with a 6-2 6-1 6-3.  The Spaniard Rafael Nadal just took 1 hour and 53 minutes finish the natch, Nadal converted 6 out of 7 break points, while Roddick failed to convert a single one out of 4 break points.

The 10-time Grand Slam champion taken the attack and got early lead of 4-0 in the first set and continued his awesome play right through and completed comprehensive win. Meanwhile Roddick appeared to be struggling physically in the latter stages of the game, but it was a highly impressive show from Nadal.


In the other quarterfinal of Andy Murray Vs John Isner, Murray defeated Isner in four sets with score card of 7-5 6-4 3-6 7-6. Now Andy Murray will fight with Rafael Nadal in the semi’s of US Open 2011.
