India's losing streak continues in England


England held their nerve, where they pulled out another victory and go 2 -0 up in the 5-match ODI series. India is still desperate for their first win on England tour. 

England won the 3rd ODI by three wickets where the D/L method came into action as the game was affected by rain. After a rain delay revised their target to 218 in 43 overs here at the Oval on Friday. 

England won the toss and send India to bat first. India had bad as they lost their inform batsman Ajinkya Rahane (0) in the first over soon after Indians flattened to 13/3. Suresh Raina (21) looked solid until he played a poor short. Then Indian skipper MS Dhoni (69) and Ravindra Jadeja (78) had rescued the Indian innings, however R Ashwin fired in quick 36 from 19 balls to impose fighting total of 234/7 in 50 overs.

Jimmy Andreson did all the damage to Indian batsmen at the top with his excellent out swingers. 

England opening pair Alastair Cook and Craig Kieswetter went at a brisk pace scoring run a ball, Kieswetter (51) provide the start England looking for all the batsmen were chipped in with some runs but it England depth in batting line up where Tim Bresnan (28) and Ravi Bopara (40) came to their rescued the England win. Staurt Broad and grame Swann completed the win and secure 2 -0 lead in the series. 

Indian spinners Jadeja and Ashwin took 2 and 3 wickets respectively and they got control on the game. Munaf Patel provided first break through other than that Praveen Kumar and RP Singh find their life difficult.
